I think you'll find it as easy as just putting something like
pccard_mem="0xd4000"
in your /etc/rc.conf and then either rebooting or using:
pccardc pccardmem 0xd4000
as root. I only just found out that pccardc(8) contains a list of possible
memory ranges, wish I'd found that before I just started guessing :)
