Please see my response below.

I withdraw the statement. I believe you have answered the
question in the part I trimmed of your response.
In either case, point is that locale has something to
do with how we see the nature of objects. As you
stated, being in Europe you get rights we don't here.
Therefore, expectation are different. I see the expectation
as being something different that you.

Again, I withdraw the remark. The point has been made.

Ahh, then this thread is certainly my fault. I have not
been clear enough. In a statement similar to what Nik
wrote earlier, I do not expect *BSD to be responsible for
anyones work, except their own. As such, the suggestion
is that we encourage all parties to do a better job.

Sometimes, though, a developer does not have the time
or resources to do more that his application. In which
case, collecting, tracking and passing bugs to them
would be in everyones interest.

We can't fix someone else's bug that would go again the
grain. If we can agree on this last point, then we
do have something in common. We may also agree on what
quality. If so, then we would want to promote quality.
If we hope to achieve better quality, then something
must change. I've made my suggestion. If you have one,
I'll be happy to hear you out. Perhaps, even help
improve on it, if needed.

					best regards,
					Jessem.
