Obviously, you heard about OpenSSH 3.5 from somewhere...a Google search would bring up the home page (if you didn't already know it), and 30 seconds later you would have found the release announcement in the openssh-unix-announce mailing list archive which detailed the changes between 3.4 and 3.5.
