I've been trying to get FreeBSD onto a bunch of Nexcom blade servers that we have hanging around - all of the blades are HDB31670's, with Intel P-III 1.1Ghz, 1Gb of RAM and 40Gb Fujitsu HDD's. I had a nightmare of a time with 4.9 with kernel panics on boot, so I tried 5.2, but I'm still seing problems. I've included the dmesg below, but basically I'm seeing the same error over and over while sysinstall tries to write the partition table.=20 Has anyone seen this before or something similar, or can anyone offer any advice? I'd love to get FBSD installed on these blades since I believe that it'll perform better than RedHat or Debian on there (which is the whole reason for this). Thanks in advance for any assistance. ********* Copyright (c) 1992-2004 The FreeBSD Project.
