Adding FreeBSD to the NT boot mangler is easy. Basically you just copy
(using dd(1) ) the first sector of the FreeBSD slice into a file and
edit boot.ini. It is explained in the FAQ.

BTW there is a driver for reading NTFS from FreeBSD
http://iclub.nsu.ru/~semen/ntfs .
