Can you disable all the options of the NIC ?

ifconfig igb0 -rxcsum -txcsum -wol -tso4 -vlanmtu -vlanhwtag -vlanhwcsum -vlanhwtso

Try to disable everything that can be disabled, e.g. LRO etc.
