You're leaving out a lot of information.  To begin with, 5.2.1-RELEASE
does not have ndis support, and you neglected to mention how you
obtained and installed the sources.

You also neglected to mention where you found the instructions you
were following ("on google" is not an acceptable answer).  They may
very well have been incomplete, incorrect or simply outdated.

Furthermore, you can't expect a problem report that includes the words
"it errors out" but not the actual error message to generate a useful
answer.
