It happens when renaming directories on the desktop, but I was unable to
reliably reproduce it.

I was saving a book on the desktop using calibre. To do that I opened the s=
ave
book requester of that app and created a directory, then renamed it inside =
the
requester and there goes the crash in a reliable way.

I'm almost sure it can be triggered in any requester, but just in case it
depends on which one, calibre uses py-qt5, so I'd try with some qt5 app and
eventually with calibre itself.
