my -current machine NEVER has built a "Make World"
correctl for  months because I always have to 
hand push it past
"osreldate.h: No such file or directory."

the damned thing is there The sources make it but things dont seem to
find it
is there something funny about this file?
was there an upgrade step I missed 3 months ago?



sources are up-to-date via cvSUP.
