Following is the error message I get from the client: NFS Portmap: RPC: Port Mapper Failure - RPC: Timed Out This happens right after mounting /mnt/etc/fstab. Nothing from the server. Here is what I am trying: I striped two small disks into one big enough to hold the contents of CD#1. I NFS exported the Striped FS to the client. They are both on the same subnet. Any ideas? I can use NFS for data disks right now, I just would like to try installing the -Release from NFS. -- Potts, Ross A.
