Patch - Default BDB 5 to 18

First of all, I appologize to open bug on "Individual Ports" component.
I know that "Ports Framework" should be correct, but only "Individual Port(=
s)"
appears for me. Maybe I don't have permission.

So, if you can change the fields, that would be great.

db5 is very outdated (with possible security issues), and since today
(2022-01-27), this port was abandoned by maintainer.

The current version db18 is the most up-to-date and is maintained by ports.

db is required as needed (directly or indirectly) by many applications comm=
only
used like Apache Httpd Server and Git-svn, so I proposed this patch for
testing.

Please perform an exp-run with this patch applied.

Thanks
