I have added them to my thunderbird port (http://www.marcuscom.com/downloads/thunderdird.diff), but as you will see if you choose to build it, the toolbars are all missing. I have a feeling this is due to the fact that the source was distributed with all files in DOS text format, but despite my best conversion efforts, I am unable to fix this. I am holding on to a small amount of hope that the thunderbird developers will offer some suggestions.
