--0OAP2g/MAC+5xKAE Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi, context: freebsd-12-stable, pkg with poudriere-devel Following the instructions in /usr/ports/UPDATING at 20190701 for changing the default installation from mysql5.6 to 5.7 results in mysql-client being upgraded as expected and mysql56-server being removed rather than upgraded. If mysql57-server is then installed, it won't start. This is in complete contrast to the type and detail and outcome of upgrading any other server package, like apache or exim for instance. Shouldn't there be a warning or even a link showing how to overcome this in UPDATING? thanks, --=20 J. --0OAP2g/MAC+5xKAE Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAABCAAdFiEE8n3tWhxW11Ccvv9/s8o7QhFzNAUFAl0d8LYACgkQs8o7QhFz NAURRRAAlQ9Ho6uNsaplIqNSwS9nqERZg/7c96netjuWk81b0n1oJnMzfHnO1EQw QXen2xn2OjDX1WlZvx1QJ3B1cnLUUIYGVOLVfbdoKFk2VfUF3B9XSTABHij7hpji xC8lotU/X9tFeaz3qjmblPaG/4F2UblLlJoZ6ZfHky6AtV+QjLB8Dfp/Fzpfctyb WNDpf7UAvZElwn/OQv2FpzJhTgFGdPOIxuPJhypPU/vPLSKMlbu54UvTF3Z+XiIU kvct+yrgC2aePk1pvYLuwHE6Mu3vD3QWgBCqaSMzMdycl5FBsXZgbjrDyae9Hv4A nyKJIBXiBLpDsUpTZDcO4n026kOwZEPGeFHiL3KDDLN9tpDpf2tRpPl06xKftStC qOV3TKuHrcoKy8kLrfu7sdh9y/xQzaduHHu4oVU8Zml6hYFZztsblRIlQCBvsnoB EblFAh2oBtuylFtI34798nMEgBveF77qp9gOHMsdTCZauK0CHbQiCTxqAXY34VQb GOQR2WMc7FHKdQhiZEf2OkkNXiw8V6188ZXwulWqydp9G8+UCieozR3oPfJbdWYX h4o0xNEJPY+vGzHRyS1bZqztcA+sOF8pRQzPYV7hsSo5BUqW/ClKW9oAks+r4mTm x/Rz1Lz4nQdT/icC9LHoxkwv6SzW7VKGtk8NTmVw1FwSuyn8vfU= =jSVe -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --0OAP2g/MAC+5xKAE--
