I failed to mention that I'm using KDE's Konueror web browser. And I have two
4.10 systems, both no longer work.

It reports:
An error occurred while loading http://localhost:631/admin:

Could not connect to host localhost (port 631).

I was able to connect about a month ago (perhaps two).
