Due to the fact that /archive/.16 is dying, I've evacuted some of
the more popular bits onto /archive/.3, our "other" drive on wcarchive.

Some of your mirror scripts may not like a directory being replaced by
a symlink, but nothing else I can do in this evil time of oxides leaving
their platters - sorry!
