 When starting Apache it failes to load mod_jk.

Syntax error on line 241 of /usr/local/etc/apache/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/libexec/apache/mod_jk.so into 
server: /usr/local/libexec/apache/mod_jk.so: 
 Undefined symbol "pthread_mutex_unlock"

>How-To-Repeat:
Install Apache 1.3.24, jdk1.3.1, jakarta-ant, tomcat-3.3.1_9 and mod_jk
Then add the lines to load mod_jk into httpd.conf:

LoadModule jk_module          libexec/apache/mod_jk.so
and:
AddModule mod_jk.c
