I don't understand why you'd get this on a mirror.  Nobody else has
reported it on mirrors of the repository.  I recommend that you apply
the work-around described in the PR on your mirror site, and make sure
you run a cvsup update _without_ the "-s" option afterwards.

When you edit the checkouts file, make sure you're editing the one
corresponding to the collection that your mirror fetches from its
master site.  For example, if your mirror updates itself with cvs-all,
it won't do you any good to edit the ports-www checkouts file.
