I have a dual p-100 with 32 megs of ram that runs natd, ppp, and sshd on my 
network.  When it boots it hangs at starting ppp for about 60 seconds or so.  
The same thing happens when starting ppp manually.  Anyone have any idea as 
to why this would occur?  Below is a dmesg, uname -a, and ppp.conf
