Some sort of automatic means of voting would be nice. Committers all have
the means to be authenticated and vote (freefall), and certainly more
positions are going to be reprsented, such as people working on small
kernels and such, alpha people, ports, etc..

I'd hate for us to have 50 committees and respective chairpeople, and a
committer vote would be nice. Perhaps an existing system (a cvs file that
people modify?) could be used to track these votes.

All just ideas flowing through my mind, comments please..
