Why do you want to do this? These are pseudo users and some files
in your system have owner shutdown, games, etc. Don't forget that
some commands, "ls -l" for example, reads /etc/passwd file and
outputs appropriate user name for UID. Also
"/etc/periodic/weekly/340.noid"  script will tell you about non existent
users.
