Here's what's in Perforce, relative to what's in -rHEAD of FreeBSD.

It's possible to build part of a kernel, etc., pretty easily.  I just use
buildworld to get the toolchain cross, then buildkernel.  Just set
TARGET_ARCH to "mips".
