There's plenty of space now, at least. ;-) You might want to check out freesbie in the ports. It allows you to build and manipulate a mock FS before it gets packed with mkisofs. In my experience most of the scripts did work for creating the live fs but I had to manually copy the rc.live file from the freesbie dir to the livecd dir. Mike
