Paraphrasing other slogans is good to make fun and laugth a little,
but not to be used on a "direct marketing" basis.

Me too.  :)

It's a good slogan, but not good to be "official".  Even if it's legal.

Paraphrasing other slogans is good to make fun and laugh a little,
