Here was another bug report which is affected:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D153459

This adds KBDMUX_DFLT_KEYMAP option to kernel config.
Since kbdmux was enabled by default several years ago, the other
_DFLT_KEYMAP options haven't been really useful!!!
I've been using swell.k's patch for 3 years without any problems. Can
someone take this PR please?
