It's an ISA box.  No conflicts.  I downloaded a diagnostic 
utility for the NIC.  I verified the settings and tried again.
It just won't work on software select jumper.  So I jumpered 
the cards to i/o 0x300, irq 10, RAM 0xcc000 and it works!
