Why just these two? Check out http://www.plig.org/xwinman/ for
descriptions, screen shots, etc., of many WMs, if you already haven't.
With 128MB RAM these wouldn't be my first choices.

This is too personal for anyone but yourself to decide. I have tried
tried everything from KDE to ratpoison in the last few months. I would
have to say that blackbox and icewm have been my two favorites.
