If you're using the callouts and whatnot from the Handbook, take a
look at the Handbook copyright statement.  Just go to
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/index.html and click on the "copyright" link for terms and conditions.

If you're using pieces from another document, look at the appropriate
copyright statement there.
