Hi,

PHP 5.2.3 with Suhosin-Patch 0.9.6.2 (cli) (built: Jun 9 2007 14:41:50)
with 6.2-RELEASE-p4
and it doesn't crash in fcgi and cli.

Sorry can't be of much help.

Cheers
David
