Because the internal kernel API isn't stable enough at this point.
There is still a lot of cleanup to do; hopefully this will be feasible
once the new bus code and kld comes online.

Please be aware that this request doesn't cover all of us - I for one
filter messages, and am much more likely to miss something that only
goes through the lists.  Thus, I like getting first order replies
To:'ed to me, with Cc: to the lists.
