They aren't PCI<-->{PC-card, Cardbus} bridges.  Instead they use an
alternative (cool!) technology which presents a PC-card as a native
PCI device.  Apparently, a number of the cheap vendors are doing this
with their PCI wireless solutions as well, hence the PCI attachment in
the wi code.
