Just take a look at the entire HOST-RESOURCE MIB ... just remove the grep 
command and you'll see a bunch more.  You should also take a look at the 
SNMP MIB definition files in /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs.  Lots of 
information there.

You can also have SNMP watch disk space usage by adding something like the 
following to your snmpd.conf file:

disk /
disk /misc
disk /usr
disk /var

Restart it and do another snmpwalk.  Not really disks but partitions.  It 
will the disk info in the areas of Total Size, Avail, Used, % Used.  It 
also monitors disk space availability minimums which I think default to 
100MB.  I don't specifically use this capability though.
