The official answer to your question is probably "no", but in my experience, the answer is "yes". I've been using 4.0 for about a month and I've had absolutely no more weirdness with it than with -stable. Of course, it also might depend on which day of the week you cvsup your sources. I've also noticed that it boots *much* faster, at least twice as fast on the same machine. The pcm sound driver also works now for me. > Is it possible to dual-boot 2 versions of FreeBSD?
