I reject this patch, the reason is that SDL is used for the stuff in
example/* (player_example, encoder_example, dump_video). And these are
not installed to begin with.

For playing mplayer compiled with libtheora support does a better job at
playing ogm file then the example player IMHO. So I don't see any reason
to install the player.

(I realy hope this gets added to the pr, and not run amok with gnats
like the last time).
