There are pretty much three ways to look at the commit logs:
  * Subscribe to cvs-all (a notice of all commits and their logs go to
cvs-all)
  * Look at the archives for cvs-all
  * If you have a specific file in mind, use cvsweb (go to
http://www.FreeBSD.org, CVS Repository, web interface).
