I don't see why not..... as long as your hardware can handle that many 
interfaces, FreeBSD should pick them up just fine.  Once you boot with a 
kernel that supports whatever cards you are using, issue an`ifconfig -a` to 
see what's been detected and go about configuring.

Looks like it, via a port:

[1:56am clink:/usr/ports/net/gated]# grep -i version Makefile
PORTVERSION=    3.6.0
