Dear Sir,

Once again thank you very much for your helpful and encouraging words.

This is no big deal in many ways since I have a workable useful system
that I wouldn't exchange for anything else.

The letter was partly inspired by the difficulty as I saw it, of
__anyone__ getting an answer to a problem that has been asked about for
months.

I realise the constraints, and that since I am unlikely to contribute
anything apart from the odd buck from my employers CD purchases and
evangelism, perhaps my expectations ar unrealistic, but I found this
depressing and evocative of the attitude of companies like Microsoft -
the customers are happy or if they are not, it's because they don't
understand.

Thank you,

Yours sincerely.
