I know Netscape's servers run on Release v2.1, but BSDI v2.0 binaries 
won't.  you'll need to wait until Release v2.2 is out or use the latest
SNAP.  You can see Netscape's Commerce server at:

    https://www.vpm.com/

I also have their Secured News Server running at:

   snews://secured.vpm.com/general/
   snews://secured.vpm.com/net-announce/
  
I just started these two newsgroups so there's not alot of traffic yet.
