Before you do, if you have MSW95 installed, go to the driver properties
tab, and the Hauppauge Win/TV software will tell you the tuner name.  

If this is a new card, I'm going to bet it's FR1236MK2, particularly since
it's NTSC and being misdetected as Temic PAL.  Try:

     options OVERRIDE_TUNER=9

in your kernel config and see how it goes.

I didn't realize you hadn't gotten your tuner configed-up right yet.  That
could explain your no interrupt probs (or were you trying to freeze-frame
off of line-in)?
