I realize to some it may be splitting hairs, but do you mean 'PCI 
Express' instead of 'PCI-X'. One is 64bit/100 (or 133mhz) PCI commonly 
used for RAID and network controllers, the other is a redesign of the 
PCI architecture - and is commonly exposed as an interface for video cards.
