I thought about that, but these "themes" are more like misc/gnomemimedata than a true theme. That, and they're not window manager themes per se. If anything, gnome-themes could be reimported into x11-toolkits (like the other GTK themes). However, gnome-icon-theme really isn't a theme, and probably belongs in misc.
