The problems with DL360's that I am aware of are fixed in RELENG_6 and thus 
will be fixed in 6.1-RELEASE.  You can try updating your kernel to RELENG_6 
to see if it fixes the issue.  The issue there though was a hang while 
probing the pci_link devices, not a pmap panic.
