The following reply was made to PR ports/143867; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Chris Rees <utisoft@googlemail.com> To: bug-followup@freebsd.org, rfarmer@predatorlabs.net Cc: Subject: Re: ports/143867: [PATCH] math/scilab Update to 5.2.0/unbreak Date: Sat, 13 Feb 2010 12:13:02 +0000 Ok, having had a look at the patch I see what's going on. Sorry, was in a hurry this morning, and I thought it was the patches to get v4 working again. Looks like Rob Farmer (I'm guessing aka b.f.) did a load of the work I've been doing, and created a load of ports for the dependencies (more quickly too :S) Some of these ports (skinlf, jgraphx, jeuclid-fop, javahelp) are already submitted by me, and some approved under different port categories. These patches presumably work, so I'll give my blessing to them, but some of the dependencies aren't under the right path. I'll leave it open to Rob to fix the dependencies, unless he asks me to. I'll talk to him about it directly as well. Thanks, Chris
