Too much is hardcoded, and there's absolutely no reason that I can see that you couldn't install everything under ${PREFIX}, even the etc and var stuff. Plus, this has a whole friggin sendmail config file in there. Couldn't we provide instructions on what needs to be added to a sendmail.mc file to get inflex to work with someone else's sendmail configuration? Thanks.
