Looks like an IRQ conflict. Have you tried seeing if the BIOS can rearrange system resources so that these cards fall on different IRQs? Also, what version of FreeBSD is this? I have a 4.4-PRERELEASE machine with shared IRQs, and I'm not seeing any problems.
