Normally translations become part of the main CVS repository so you can submit them as a PR and someone on the docs team will take care of committing them for you. If you generate enough PR's someone will notice and ask if you want to become a committer so you can take care of it yourself. :-) Just so you know, the id.freebsd.org zone was created just last week.
