I suppose that must be something along the lines:

Native browser + a plugin to load non-native plugins + Linux plugin

My point was (at the beginning of this exchange) that one probably has
to have linuxbase if one wants the latest Flash under FreeBSD. This just
confirms that you need some piece of extra software with a native
browser as long as we don't have a convincing petition to Macromedia or
Realaudio people to make FreeBSD version of their products (together
with Linux, Solaris,... versions).

Thanks for pointing this out anyway.
