The machine was an "Infinity" by Bally.

Are you wanting a large touch screen, or a small one (e.g. an
InterJet front panel)?  Are you wanting LCD or glass monitor?
Does it have to be integrated?  What's your price point?

Alternately, you could just type:

	bsd "touch screen"
