An attempt to force usage of outer library from devel/nspr port results mozilla failure at startup some symbols not found): /libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /local/X11R6/lib/mozilla/components/libnecko.so: Undefined symbol "PR_GetAddrInfoByName" >How-To-Repeat: Try the following: # cd /usr/X11R6/lib/mozilla # mv libnspr4.so libnspr4.so.b # mv libplc4.so libplc4.so.b # mv libplds4.so libplds4.so.b # mozilla You'll notice the error mentioned above. >Fix: Currently devel/nspr port is just not used by www/mozilla port. If no other package is willing to use nspr, the dependency (and maybe devel/nspr port itself) can be safely removed. Otherwise, devel/nspr port needs to be updated accordingly, and www/mozilla port should be patched for using outer devel/nspr port. >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted:
