hmmm...i did the following to be sure:

cd /usr/src
sudo svn up . -> At revision 195136.
sudo svn diff -> no output
md5 cam-ata.20090626.patch -> MD5 (cam-ata.20090626.patch) =
893f8cb65c0fea384b6b8a8fbc3a9998
sudo patch -p0 -s < cam-ata.20090626.patch -> no output
make buildkernel

yet the same error. :-(
