  Log:
  - Update URL in pkg-descr [1]
  - Use %%JAVAJARDIR%%
  - Use INSTALL_DATA to install JAR and documentation files
  - Add 'devel' category
  - Manual download URL is now a bit more specific
  - Removed unneeded JAVA_RUN statement (implied when nothing is set)
